Philadelphia based artist currently pursuing a BFA in studio art at Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. From the Artist... My current studio practice is rooted in a variety of elements ranging from the personal to the abstract, with a central theme of trying to find a sense of place as a person and as an artist. I have included imagery that is saturated in themes of destruction and abstraction that I have been experimenting with over the past several months. Other work I have included focuses on the extended period of solitude I faced as a result of the pandemic are a reflection of this time in my life as I braced not only the unknown, but also a long period of depression in which I felt incapable to hone my interests and abilities into a cohesive practice.
