From the Artist, Ciara Tell... My digital collages are inspired by editorial fashion, nature, fantasy, and inanimate objects. I’m focused on creating emotion through provoking collages. Within the dimensions of Adobe Photoshop, I aim to build an alternate universe 100% detached from reality. My desire for the viewer is to completely forget they are looking at a digital collage, imagining themselves aggressively captivated in an aesthetically pleasing Dream. I do not photograph the images used in each piece they are sourced from Magazine Clippings and unlicensed/public photos. Through Adobe Photoshop I’m able to create fantasy-driven collages. Digital collage is a way for me to express my wildest, rawest, thoughts in a way anyone can emotionally interpret.
