On April 10, 2024, Loupe Art participated in Creative Spirit's #RoadtoEquity gala at the New York Stock Exchange. With help from Randi Zuckerberg's, HUG platform, we curated a digital art stream showcasing the unique talents of neurodivergent artists displayed on the iconic NYSE trading floor during the gala closing bell ceremony and throughout the gala later that evening.
Since 2017, Creative Spirit has provided personalized coaching, job training, and mentorship to fight discrimination and ensure that job seekers with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) have access to financial security and stability. The organization has impacted thousands of individuals to-date.
This collaboration not only enriched the gala’s atmosphere but also spotlighted the exceptional creativity of neurodivergent individuals, aligning with our ongoing mission to promote inclusivity in the arts.
It also allowed us to shine a light on the talent and skill the IDD community brings to the art world, and continue Creative Spirit's mission to support accessibility and representation for all members of the neurodivergent community.
As we reflect on the impact of this event, we are reminded of the power of art to connect, educate, and inspire. We look forward to future opportunities to support and celebrate the talents of neurodivergent artists through our platform and beyond.
