Sara Zaher is a visual artist and designer based in New York. Born in Cairo, her nomadic life across cities like London, Sydney, and New York has profoundly influenced the social, political, and personal themes in her work, as she questions her place within cultural systems that are both foreign and familiar.

Zaher holds a Master's in Graphic and Media Design from the University of the Arts London. She works with video, digital collage, and installation art to question the fragile boundary between the personal and the political. Her work deconstructs and reassembles social frameworks to explore themes of identity within a turbulent sociopolitical landscape.
