MJ On The Wall is a self-taught artist from Warren, Ohio. A Mechanical Engineer by training, he applies diligence to his art, which blends geometry, afro-futurism, and color symbolism to explore the African diaspora's past, present, and future.

Inspired by intricate narratives, MJ aims to tell long-form stories through his work. His process begins with digital sketches on his iPad to experiment with form and color before he moves to his studio to execute the final piece. Creating art based on stories, sayings, and intimate life moments, his current work serves as the prologue for paintings to come.
