Lauren Karp is a Nashville-based photographer and visual artist. She is the creator of Imaginature™, a signature artistic process that transforms familiar locations and icons into layered abstractions that evoke a renewed sense of place.

Her installations are in public and private collections worldwide, including large-scale pieces at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Inspired by nature and architecture, her perception is heightened by hearing loss, which influences her dreamlike images. Her work continues to evolve with Imaginature In Motion™, a series of digital works merging image and sound. Aligned with her love for the natural world, Karp donates 5% of all profits to conservation organizations.
